Hydrotherapy

Do you struggle exercising on land due to pain? Hydrotherapy is a great alternative! Incorporating balance, strength and cardiovascular exercises in the comfort of a warm pool!

PEC (Pilates Exercise Class)

PEC (Pilates exercise class) include a maximum of 4 people and are supervised by a physio. After an initial assessment we will develop an individualised program to suit your goals and needs. Whether you are rehabilitating from an injury, improving your performance, focusing on injury prevention or wanting to do Pilates in a clinical setting.
