My name is Madeliene but you can call me Maddy.  I am a certified Pilates Mat, Reformer and Barre instructor. As a young dancer, I have always loved to move my body and have developed a passion with how Pilates encompasses movement with purpose. I wholeheartedly believe movement is medicine and would love to share my knowledge and passion with you in class.
